Life is hard! We never seen life like this. I have a few tips to help you stay sane.

Simple three things to stay sane:

Prayer! Pray consistently. Yes, prayer moves things. Yes, it works in our favor, but may not go as plan. Don’t give up.

Positive affirmation! Speak positive affirmations. Because only you can encourage yourself. Only you can put your head in right space. Write them down. Wrote a book. Doing something that uplift you will make your wild grand. You have to refuel yourself.

Call friends and family. Speak to family. It’s a time to talk to love ones. Talk to your friends about happy times. Remember those times that kept together.

Above all enjoy this time. God is doing something remarkable.
